Nothing like a new pet. WC
Now that’s funny.
It was, wasn’t it?
That was cute.
Now i’m off to google potato scuffle.
did you find out what a sweet pertater scuffle is? i must know.
LOL. Good one.
You’ve been tagged. Hope you can participate in this fun little meme. No pressure, though.
Aw gee, teens…I don’t have an Ipod – just an old boombox.
But I am doing the one you didn’t tag me for, so I guess it should all work out.
This was so cute, I bet that sweet pertater is yum!
Yep, I think so too – I wonder when Christine is going to get back to us about that sweet pertater recipe.
Sounds a bit like Bill Clinton.
But funny, too.
LOL – do you think he was maybe moonlighting?
Mad,crazy clips that people come up with ..LOVE IT!
The madder the better for me. This is mad. Giggling.
Thank you Miss WC.
It’s a keeper, ain’t it?
The closest i got was sweet potato soufflé.
It’s not even in my Hillbilly Cookin’ cookbook.
But if i find anything, you’ll be the first to know.
I just checked and it appears that scuffle is a souffle’ – I found a recipe that looks outrageously delish. Here’s the link:
I do believe I’ll be a tryin’ this ‘scuffle’ for my Christmas dinner.
PS: And are you going to send me the recipe for that Salvadoran quesadilla? Hmm? Hmm? Hmm?
Oh, I followed the recipe link and that DOES look delish! I’ll have to try making that sometime (although I’ll have to lighten up on the butter and sugar but I bet it still will taste amazing). Yum. I already love sweet potatoes and I know I’ll love this.
I’ll tell you, you could so easily cut the butter and sugar and never suffer any flavor with this dish. In fact, I’d definitely cut the quantity of the sugar and butter for the topping – I had tons left over. And you can use that lower fat butter stuff or that yoghurt butter stuff, it will work just as well. The coconut and walnuts really make this dish. Yummy!

Yes, it’s actually a sweet potato souffle, which I made one year. Amazingly delish – and only a few thousand calories per serving.
