Tea, the People

March 31, 2009

Without a doubt, one of the most powerful vids I’ve seen possibly ever. I couldn’t agree more and couldn’t have said it better myself.

    Wow.

and so much of that could be applied here too.

Mistress B´s last blog post..Screw Up Tuesday

Yeah, I thought it was really compelling and would apply/communicate to many countries, not just the States.

    Hi Annie,

That’s what happens when creeping socialism turns into rushing socialism. We, in general anyway, did after all vote for Change, even though, we in general, didn’t bother to ask “what kind of Change?” I’m thinking that we, in general, will win the Darwin Award next year.

    Hey Grit,
I agree. And yes, the collective we did vote for change but that’s about as old as the hills in terms of a platform/policy. What I think astounds me is that people fall for it every time. Bottom line is, I think, that too many people have bought into this concept that the government is supposed to take care of us in one way or the other. When in fact, our Constitution specifically stipulates that they stay the hell out of our way and they work for us. As to the Darwin Award, here’s hoping any of us are still around next year.
