My good pal JG lives in Texas now. I miss her but I also envy her, as Texas has a certain something about it – where you just feel like the individual is king. You know? She sent along some pics of recent innovative inventions out her way. I’m in awe frankly, the ingenuity it took to come up with these is amazing. 😉  WC

  1. Man I am really liking that bomb shelter….I betcha that would make a cool summer place too!

    I see nothing wrong with the mirror repair….gave me an idea to try the rubber bands (where do you get them in that size?) instead of the usual Duct Tape.

    My fav has got to be the multi-hotdog-griller. I love the fanned out shape and the utter efficiency of the design. I guess what really got me laughing is that I’ve tried a couple of these things – sorta…

    I think you can get them extra jumbo rubber bands at the dollar store. Check it out. If not, I may have some laying around. LOL – actually that reminds me of when I had my poor ol’ vw bug – it was literally falling apart and the rear view mirror had long since fallen off – so whenever I had to see behind me I’d hold up my compact. Try doing that with a stick shift – what fun! 😉
