    Hey Chica,
I just checked and it appears that scuffle is a souffle’ – I found a recipe that looks outrageously delish. Here’s the link:

I do believe I’ll be a tryin’ this ‘scuffle’ for my Christmas dinner. πŸ˜‰

  5. Oh, I followed the recipe link and that DOES look delish! I’ll have to try making that sometime (although I’ll have to lighten up on the butter and sugar but I bet it still will taste amazing). Yum. I already love sweet potatoes and I know I’ll love this.

    Hey Teens,
I’ll tell you, you could so easily cut the butter and sugar and never suffer any flavor with this dish. In fact, I’d definitely cut the quantity of the sugar and butter for the topping – I had tons left over. And you can use that lower fat butter stuff or that yoghurt butter stuff, it will work just as well. The coconut and walnuts really make this dish. Yummy!
